River Cafe is a wonderful restaurant. It is located under the Brooklyn Bridge and offers an amazing view of Manhattan. Aside from the atmosphere, the food and service are also superb. The menu only offers a $70 prix fixe, which includes 3 courses (plus two small extras). Great place for a special dinner!
