Uncaring and Rude

99% of the time I've had to deal with this office it has been a negative experience and that was mostly with Dr. Watson and the staff. Wait times are always a hour hour or more even after waiting days for an appointment and even if you are in crises. There is a loud and clear vibe that the office doesn't care about the patients, they are because it's a job.
