Poor quality and not up to Aveda standards!

When I first moved to the area I was in need of a salon for hair removal and hair cut and color. Since I have always used Aveda salons and have always been happy, I decided to use Aveda's website to find the nearest salon. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at my appointment. The facilities were not very clean, the decor was hideous, and the staff was anything but professional. The lady who colored my hair had to "re-do" it twice, which made my hair color alone take 5 hours! I will not go back.
