My friend did not receive the right amount of change back from a purchase. The change he was missing was off by a large amount. After showing them that he did not get the right amount they told him they would have to wait till tomorrow so they could count the drawer and then give him a call if it was off. I went in to talk to the manger to see if the problem could be fixed immediately, she told me that was not the store policy and than proceed to become very rude. By telling me,"they were too busy right now to fix the problem" and "it was against store policy to count the drawer before closing". There were only two other people in the store when this occurred and nobody else was in line. When someone did step in line she told me to "get out" and then ignored me entirely. The store owner had been there when this initially happened and he did not do anything to fix the problem. The whole time she proceeded to talk down to me and not solve the problem when it was occurring. I will never shop at this store again because of the way we were treated by management. A manger should be able to handle money discrepancies right on the spot not 24 hours after the purchase was made.
