Aspen of Inner Dimensions has a gentle, skillful way of guiding you. She helped me overcome the fear and stress of surgery and healing. I later used hypnotherapy to get me to move on tasks I seemed too stuck to move on. This is such a non-judgmental, gentle way of helping someone else help YOU to help yourself !
