I never dreamt that you could go down and rent a rather nice boat for the day!
My husband actually found out about this place through JudysBook! : )
We did it for my daughter's birthday and she loved it!
You can take food and drinks on-board and cruise up to the Ballard locks (I am told that they used to let people go through but no longer), or you can head the opposite direction to the mouth of Lake Washington. You can check out the houseboats, the seaplanes, and the other sailboats. Its a super fun experience!
While the weather is slipping away you may still be able to squeeze in the last bit of the decent fall days!
