They couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it

This McDonalds is the WORST at getting orders right and its been this way since they opened. Orders take FOREVER regardless of whether you go through the drive thru or go in. Its not unusual to wait 15 minutes or longer on an order. One Sunday it took over 20 minutes for hamburgers. I debated whether to leave and go up the road to the one in South Knoxville (which is the best McDonalds out of all of them in Sevierville or Seymour). Many people who got in line after me did leave. A tourist asked me if there was another McDonalds between there and Knoxville and I told her where it was. Obviously it is a Management problem because they would have improved instead of gotten worse. I've talked to the head people numerous times over problems with this particular McDonalds and they either offer free coupons or an apology but the next time its the same thing.
Maybe if they are reading this they will finally take it seriously and make some serious changes.
