We arrived at Bridge Street Auto in Lexington after seeing ads for the company. Driving into the lot we spotted the pickups which was what we were looking for. Getting out of our vehicle, we narrowed our search to two that were side by side. The lot was deserted, no salesman and no customers besides us. Opening the hood on the pickups, doors etc we continued to inspect them. 10 minutes go by, still no salesman. Continuing to look at these vehicles, we wondered aloud why no one had come to help us. 15 minutes go by, still no salesman. Finally I went inside where the salesman sat. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't leave the office. There was not one other customer on the entire lot, why couldn't he leave the office to sell a vehicle? I told him I wanted the keys to the vehicles we were looking at and he handed them to me. Proceeding to the vehicle we had chosen to look at, we tried to start it. Wouldn't start. Tried again, still wouldn't start. I went back inside (because the salesman couldn't leave the deserted office, remember?) and told him it wouldn't start. I asked him if he would try and start it. Again I was told he couldn't leave the office and he proceeded to show me where the jumper cables were and handed me the jump box. I went outside and hooked it up to the vehicle, nothing. I let it charge for a little bit, nothing. There was a guy on a tractor moving snow and when I tried to get his attention I was completely ignored. He did see me because I was waving my arms at him. When I said something to the salesman inside about him he said he won't get off his *** to help. My husband then said to me, we don't want this, lets go. I brought the jump box back inside and told the guy that it wouldn't start and that we wouldn't be buying anything from there, especially since we couldn't even get him to leave the office. Did I mention there were NO other customers there? I have no idea why he couldn't leave the office, he wasn't doing anything but sitting in the office. This is a sad excuse for a business.

We came to Randys Auto after seeing a commercial on TV. We drove 150 miles to visit this lot after visiting other car lots in Lexington and Kearney where we couldn't even get a salesman to come out and speak to us.
The minute we drove onto the lot, we were quite impressed with the inventory. All very nice, high quality vehicles. We found exactly what we were looking for. Salesman Kim Denman was extremely helpful, immediately greeting us as we arrived, answered any questions we had, and told us to take the vehicle out and test drive it. Deciding as we were test driving that this was the pickup we wanted we returned to the lot and told Mr. Denman that we wanted the vehicle. Negotiations took less than 10 minutes and we were led right into the office where Camie, the Office Manager took over. Camie was very professional, did her job with speed and accuracy. Answered any questions we had and had our paperwork ready for us within 15-20 minutes and we were out the door, keys in hand, and ready to leave with our new vehicle.
This was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure, no hassles, no salesman hemhawing around. Just a simple agreement, easy financing, and a handshake and we were on our way.
99% of other car dealerships need to come to Randy's Auto to see just how buying a car should be handled.
We will definitly be back to buy another vehicle from Randys and I will recommened them to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a vehicle.
Don't settle for lots where you are ignored, vehicles not up to standard, and outrageous prices and financing charges. Make Randys Auto your first and only stop to purchase your next vehicle, I guarantee you won't be disapointed.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and they are awesome. Diana is the head pharmacist and has won numerous awards for her excellence in service and commitment. She is so smart and knows her stuff. You can go in and tell her what kind of personal health issue you have and she's got a cure for you (non prescription of course), shes got the cure for everything from hemmoroids to dry skin. One call and your refills are waiting for you when you arrive. Their hours are long, 9am to 9pm most days during the week. Wednesday is Senior Citizen day at Bilo so there are a lot of them there filling their scripts that day so it takes a little longer but definitly worth it.

This is a great little restaurant/discount tobacco store and gas station. The girls who work here are so friendly and really take care of you. The food is good, the prices kept low and the service is outstanding. They open at 5:30 am so it is a great place to stop if you have to be to work by 6. They sell cheap cigarettes, the last time I was in there they had a basket of different brands for 1.00 a pack. Just wanting a cup of coffee and some friendly conversation, this is the place to go. They are more than happy to talk to you. Quick service regardless of what you are getting. Stop in and say hello next time you are in the neighborhood.

This is a small town hardware/feed store in the big city. They are located in S. Knoxville and definitly down to earth people. Good prices, good selection and honest, hardworking people. I buy my dog food here, they only sell Diamond brand pet food. They also sell hay and straw and all the miscellanious items that a hardware store sells. They load everything up for you and know their customers by name. Suzanne runs the place and she is awesome. So nice to go somewhere where everyone knows your name, you aren't just another face in the crowd.

This place is huge. On one side there is a Christmas and Dolls shop and on the other is more junk than you could ever imagine. Lots of souviners, Tshirts, an old time photo booth and in the back of the store you go outside and there are five live bears there. They have been there for years and years. You can buy for a dollar or two some fruit to feed the bears. The bears don't look very happy there and there have been a lot of protests over having them in there but they are cute. One has some serious problems though, definitly not happy there. He walks back and forth with his head banging against the bars. The stuff is very cheap, made cheap a lot of stuff from China.
