Good: Selection of gifts are great.. Bad: Costume service is terrible, you have to interrupt them from personal conversations in order to get help. That is very uncomfortable, especially for first time shoppers. I have walked out twice and will not return.. Improvements: Customer service needs to improve it seems like the customer is imposing ..
