This little drive-in is a great place to spend an evening. You get two movies for less than you'd pay for one at the regular theater, they have a concession stand, small but fairly clean bathrooms, and plenty of parking. Just come prepared to tune them in on the AM dial of your radio because they don't use window speakers. Great fun for a great price.

They are handicap accessible (ramp in rear) and have expanded to two floors. If you are going to spend a day in Mystic you will want to make this one of your stops.

You can also sign up for interactive programs where you can actually swim with the beluga whales, and there are a few exhibits where you can interact with the various animals. The price is very inexpensive and it is easy to get to. A great place to get away for a romantic weekend with that special someone, or with the whole family.

J. Timothy's is a mixture of fine upscale dining with a casual atmosphere. There is tons of parking, a great bar to hang out in if you just want a sandwich and a drink while you watch a live band, or if you want to enjoy a date in front of a fireplace... they can accommodate you too. It is a little pricey but well worth it.
