Although I am disappointed that this is an outdoor park and water lovers can not use it during the cold fall and winter months, it is super fun! I know that it is designed for kids, but my husband and I love going there! The aquatic park offers a variety of types of slides and water activities to entertain people of all ages! It is also quite affordable; I believe that it is only $8 per person to get in for a whole day!

The "Park Tavern" to conveneintly located on Louisiana Blvd. in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, just south of Minnetonka Blvd. They offer a variety of dining options, includings burgers, fries, drinks and appetizers. It is quite convenient since the "Park Tavern" is also home to a bowling alley. I wish that they had a few more lanes though, last time I was there, I had to wait for 45 minutes to bowl.

The "Gingko Coffeehouse" offers an excellent variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, chai, expresso, latte's and more! It is not difficult to find and parking is conveniently located right in the back. I especially love their mochas. The atmosphere is equally inviting with soft music and friendly people. I love the decor as well.

Camp Snoopy is a convenient place to go for entertainment. Just think--the kids can ride, you can shop. Another option is dates--you can choose from a variety of restaurants in the Mall Of America and then play all night on the Camp Snoopy rides--at least for those who can stomach the rides and are kids at heart! I also think that it is amazing that they can have a mini-rollar coaster in doors.

I love that they often have a Caribou Coffee connected to the store and their meat selection is great too! Although I frequent this location, there are several "Lund's" throughout the metropolitan area that are located on busy streets for your shopping convenience.

My only beef is that last time I was there, I purchased several gift cards for friends. I was discreetly followed around the store as I finished shopping--I guess I looked like a thief! (I did pay for all of the items that I took with me when I exited the store.)

"Noodles" offers every kind of noodle dish you can imagine. It varies from Asian to Italian cuisine--there truly is something for everybody. If you're with a group and can't decide where to go, "noodles" would be the place, everyone will elave happy. Unless, your on a low-carb diet but it still might be worth the splurge. I recently tried the "Pad Thai" noodles. It was good--my only complaint is that most of the dishes are vegetarian and you have to pay about $2 more for yuor choice of meat.

Although this place is a little out of the way, it's worth the effort. The food is OK but the atmosphere really makes the place--Hopkins itself is worth checking out and this restuarant puts it over the edge. Hopkins is full of small town charm. It's a great way to "get away" without going far. The spring rolls were pretty tasty as well. It is a must see and must eat!

Most of the time, you are able to park right outside of the front doors and walk right in! For the price, it's pretty authentic and fast!
