Service was BAD

I went to eat at Palms Thai on a very busy Friday at lunch. The place was very, very noisy and it took almost 45 minutes for my boyfriend and I to recieve our lunch special we ordered. Also I ordered a special tea drink and they forgot to make it. The food that did come ended up being too heavily spiced ( and trust me I can handle ver very spicy foods). Also they seemed way understaffed the day we ate there. Over it was not a good experience. I am giving this place an OK because the previous time I went It was mediocre.
