Good food but is it worth the risk?

I must admit this place has great chaat especially the pari chaat and the sev puri are awesome. However the place is cramped and apparently short on people to help out because I have frequently seen the grabage bins overflowing with plates that people have already eaten and some of them are lying around on the floor and no one bothers cleaning up. Health hazard IMO
