Centre Coffee Bar is a great little coffee shop in Windsor center. It's nothing special from the outside, just brick and mortar, but once you walk in, the sights and smells win you over. There are tables downstairs by the registers, and live music can be found on occasion. There is also an upstairs seating area, complete with lending library and fireplace. The coffees are great, and the chai latte was to die for. They have fresh pastries, and also make great sandwiches and salads. It's a welcome sight for those of us sick of the chain restaurants that are so common.
