What a great collection of artwork...they have such a great array of art through the periods. This place is ever changing. The gallery always has a traveling show of some sort and the Cone Sisters collection is one of the best in this country. Check it out on the first Thursday of each month for free admission.

I went to Hollywood Tans during the winter before going to a very important event with my husband and needed to look rally good. I chose the spray tan rather than the fake bake and it went okay. I was really scared at first, but the employees were very helpful. You lose all modesty when you are more concerned about not streaking or looking fake than having people see you naked. I would go again, safer than tanning beds.

Courtland had the best selection of pellet stoves in all of Baltimore. They had so many in stock items that I was able to pick a stove and have it delivered and installed in my home within a week. They also have great deals on hardware...the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I would return anytime rather than going to HDepot.

Armadillos Tex Mex Cafe offers good Mexican cuisine in Fells Point. There were a lot of good choices and daily specials to chose from. I order a hicken burriot and could not have finished if I tried. My only complaint was that I had to order extra salsa and sour cream to go with, but everything was fresh and tasty. The service was quick and efficient.

Parking in Fells Point is never free anymore since the city put those meter machines in, but easier to find.

Finally somewhere to go in Columbia. Nottinghams is a great place to hang out and play some pool or catch a good local band for a nominal cover charge. The prices are decent and the clientele is pretty cool. Parking is never an issue since it is in the middle of an office complex. The new outdoor tiki bar is great way to spend summer even if you do have to work Monday thru Friday and can't live on a beach!!

The Patisserie Poupon is extremely expensive, but the perfect cake for the special occasion. They are all so good, you won't be able to easily choose. Most cakes are around $40 each, but do not worry they have individual sized cakes for under $10. This is the only place I've been able to get French baked goods anywhere outside of France or perhaps some in New York City. nothing like it in Baltimore!!
