Kristopher's Sports Bar is a great place to hang out with family and friends! They offer great food, prices and atmosphere.
The food offered at Kristophers varies from pizza to sandwiches to wings and everything in between. They have appetizers, main dishes, salads and desserts. There is definitely something for everyone.
The prices are very fair, as well. They also have daily drink specials. You will not be disappointed with high prices at Kristophers.
Kristophers has many TV's to watch any sports game you would like to see. But that is not all that is available on TV. They also have the news and many popular shows. The staff is not opposed to changing the station on the TV nearest you if you would like to watch something else.
If you like the sports bar atmosphere, Kristophers is the place for you.

Cane Creek Park is located in Union County and is a nice park for those who like the outdoors. There are a wide variety of things to do such as swimming, camping, hiking etc.
The trails meander throughout the park where many people run or walk along the trails.
You can swim in the lake, which is very nice in the summertime.
There are also campgrounds for those who like to camp out the old fashioned way, or bring an RV.
Keep in mind there is a small entry fee to enter the park, but overall, I recommend Cane Creek Park to anyone who likes outdoor activities.

Ray's Splash Planet is an affordable afternoon adventure. It is run by the Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec Department. It is affordable for the family to attend. The features are a big pool area with a shallow area for the younger children and deeper water for the older. There is a huge water slide and a lazy river. There is also a small area with water basketball. Overall, this is a good experience. However, it can be very crowded at times.

Outside, they offer a large go kart track, Bumper Boats, Miniature golf, Batting Cage and small area for the younger children. Inside, you will find all sorts of video games and arcades. They have a small snack area where you can order pizza or hamburgers.

Squirrel lake park is a very nice and quiet park, yet there is a nice size playground and a lake at the park. people can walk around the lake or ride bike around it. some people even fish there!

I do not particularly care for this theater. I have been on numerous occasions, but opt for the newer, bigger theaters. This one is conveniently located to a lot of things in matthews and they do show all the current movies. It is just older and not as nice or clean as some of the others, even though they have remodeled it.
