That sucks that you had some bad spag, because I LOVE these places! I used to work at one for a few years in HS so maybe I'm biased, but they have great sauces (I think at least) plus that great sourdough bread and garlic butter. Ymmmm, just thinking about that place makes me hungry. If you do go, I say try the manager's favorite with mushroom sauce and mizithra. So good. Also, they have a creamy pesto that's like ranch but better. Sorry you had a bad experience, but I LOVE the Spag Factory!
