OK, I'm from Texas, not Chicago, but I hear these are the real deal, "authentic Chicagoland red hots".
I do know that they're different from anything else I've had around here!
The restaurant was opened in 1999 by George Moudry. He wasn't a restauranteur, just a Chicago native that missed his dogs.
The people are friendly (with those accents, they ain't from around here - ex-windy city natives), the food is good, the atmosphere...well, who needs atmosphere anyway.
