Dirty!

I am a regular visitor. Sometimes the service is bad. On my last visit, the server got a stack of plates to our table. When we started distributing plates among ourselves, we found that all the plates are dirty!! and I mean real dirty.. the food was sticking all over. We called the server and showed the dirty plates. She said " I am sorry.. looks like the dirty and washed dishes have been switched somehow".. no sorry, no free desert or any coupons!! What the hell was that!
Well after that incident, I am not sure whether I would go there again! afterall, hygiene should be the first priority in a resturant.
