My mom and I loved to shop here and until recently have had no problems. Each time we would go in there we bought something and always recommended this place to friends. We had heard bad things about the customer service but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. My mom purchased a necklace and then received the same necklace as a gift. She went to return the necklace she bought and they refused. She had the receipt with her and they insisited that she needed the original price tag to return the item. She drove home and dug thru all of the trash to find the tag. She returned to the store with the tag and the receipt and they told her that there was no way she could returned it because the tag wasn't connected to the necklace. Are they kidding? We will never shop here again. We contacted the local radio stations and newspapers. When we asked to speak to the owner he was no help. We also have been trying to contact the maker of the necklace since they are local. I ask you to reconsider ever shopping here. The weren't even willing to give us store credit.
