The speed of the surface is similar to some top area golf courses and allows you to work on your chipping and putting skills quite effectively. The use of this practice area is included with the purchase of any size bucket of balls. Attached to the short game area you will find the practice bunker. Cobbs creek is one of the best municipal golf course in Philadelphia. Its an 18 hole par 71 6200 yard golf course. Some of the holes are wrapped around the cobbs creek so it makes them challenging and scenic at the same time. had some problems with their maintainence last few times i was there. the cost is aroound 30 dollars for the course. they also have a driving range and pro shop on premises.

The fresh grocer is a grocery store with class. They look like a regular grocery store but they are stocked with high end merchandise. They have a great variety of organic foods and well known brands. They also have a fully stocked salad bar and lunch station. I love their soups its a great alternative to the burgers for lunch. The prices are a little higher than normal grocery stores but the quality is worth it.

The Philadelphia Flower show is a yearly event you cannot miss. It occurs in Center City at the Philadelphia Convention center. Its got a great variety of flowers and love the little displays and how they tie in everything. i absolutely love the hawaian flowers they had last year. There is ample amount of paid parking available all around. Its good idea to visit in the afternoon when the crowds are limited.

Sams club is a staple for any family. They have huge savings on food, household supplies and personal care products. Its members only so it costs around 40 dollars a year but you can recupurate that in less than two visits. ALso they do not have plastic bags so either get your own or they have boxes which you can use. i love the free samples they have nice to nibble while you shop. They also have a decent collection of clothes and colognes and electronics. Plan to spend a couple of hours in here.

Philadelphia record exchange always reminds me of the movie hi Fidelity. Its a great store with an ecceletic mix of people working there. They have a great selection of tapes, cds, and vinyl records. They always have the records i was looking for and if they dont they will try to get it for you. Its a nice place to spend a lieseurely afternoon. They also buy all used cds, tapes and records if you want to trade your old music.

I love Woodys been a regular for the last 2 years. the staff is very friendly and jovial. They have a pitch and putt two mini putt putt courses and a par 3 course. They also have a well maintained par3 course. The course are well manicured and they drain very well. Usually can play a couple of hours after a rainstorm. They also have snack shop on premises where you get decent hot dogs and burgers. Overall a very family oriented place.

They come in various flavors and the mustard which is ground on the premise too is amazing . very strong but not too pungent. Prices are cheap you can get a dozen for less than five dollars. A great place to try out.

THe art museum of Philadelphia is one of the best museums in the world. No matter how big you think its from the outside from the inside this place can be daunting. You pretty much have to start at one end early in the morning and pretty much run the entire time and you might be able to see all the exhibits. i love their little sets they have made throughout. here you can appreciate art the way it was originally meant to be seen. they even have an entire indian temple from the 15th century rebuilt inside the museum. i could go on but it would be easier to just stop by and visit.
