Tokyo Lobby used to be extremely popular, large with a nicely dimmed traditional Japanese setting and friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of Japanese dishes, and the prices WERE decent before food quality totally went downhill. It's best to stick with fully cooked dishes simply because the health rating, a "C" last time I checked, is abysmal for a restaurant that sells raw fish.
