They killed my bird with cow medicine (I took pictures and later consult another vet to confirm it).
Terrible experience!! Worst place to bring your bird!
First, they put me in a coldest room in the practice with tropical bird- later we switched.
Second, Dr. Marsh was in such a hurry- another emergency waited. She gave my bird 2 shots, then took her into the different room and poked her belly- all my concerns about pain shock did not matter- she was in a hurry. After Dr. Marsh brought bird back from different room- she said that our poor bird need another antibiotic shot- one (have you seen antibiotic treatment in one shot?) No wonder that my bird slowly died 20 minutes after the procedures.
My bill was astronomic- nobody ever told me how much it would be. After talking to a different vet- I was told that at least two out of three procedure were not necessary extra- way to make money.
DIRTY-DIRTY-DIRTY! Hair and dust is everywhere- chairs, floor, tables, in the air!
Customer service is very bad- I waited 25 minutes for the receptionist to swipe my card (she was talking to some friend, then on the phone, then another customer)
Maybe they do a good job with dogs- they did "mistake" with my two birds and I lost them.
Tried to negotiate the cost of the deadly procedure- they are not willing to discuss. Terrible customer service- if you love your pet- don't go there. Killers!
