Not for the little kids- for the tweens!

If you are looking for a fun place to have a tweens birthday party-- go to Club Libby Lu. It is a unique store that girls get to go to and dress up. They put on play clothes and make-up. They get their hard put up or have fun charms or extensions put in. It is not for little kids because they make the kids up with make-up and some really flash clothes and styles. The prices are a little high but for an occasional treat or party- it is worth it!
