They are patient and knowledeable. Most of the staff has pets and love them. They have the rattlesnake shot, which is a great thing if you take your dog out to the woods. Lots of referrals to trainers and other pet friendly stuff. They do tend to use a muzzle as a first resort before the dog gets upset.
