Primani Bros is a Pittsburgh institution. This restaurant was started to serve minors during the days of the mills. The workers had to be able to eat with one hand and fast; because of this Primanti’s started putting everything into their sandwiches including French fries. This is a very unique dining experience, not for everyone though.
