Ulta is located on the North West corner of 71st and Garnett, by Panera Bread. This store specializes in cosmetics, but they also have a salon, perfume, hair care appliances and gift items. They regularly run a $3.50 off a $10 purchase coupon in the Sunday advertisements. The store is light and well organized. They have a huge selection at reasonable prices.
