We went to the outlet center, but they also have a selection of new models to select from. I wasnt overly impressed by the selection, but the service was excellent. The sales staff that we worked with really knew a lot about appliances and was able to help us make the right decision for our needs. Unfortunately, they were not able to deliver the appliance as quickly as we needed it so we ended up buying from Best Buy, but we will definitely consider them for our future appliance purchases.

We purchased a Jetta here a few years ago and usually take the car there for service and repairs. Our experience has been good so far, but the car has been under warranty so we havent had to pay for repairs. Their prices seem pretty high, so we will probably look for another place eventually. Their new facilities are very nice and they offer a shuttle to downtown or a complimentary rental car if your vehicle is receiving warranty work. The service employees are good, but they are sometimes very busy and in my opinion, do not take enough time to describe the work that was done.

There is a nice lounge where you can relax before and after getting your service. I have had a massage and a facial here and both were very good. The price does depend on the technician that you have, so you may want to ask when you are making your reservation. I like that you do not hand tips directly to the employees and instead put the tip into envelopes and drop it in their mail slot.

This bowling alley has reasonable prices (I think $3 or $4 a game) and it is usually pretty easy to get a lane on a weekend night. They do close earlier in the summer months because they don't have enough business to justify staying open past midnight. The bar prices are reasonable here and they offer a decent menu of bowling alley type food.

This is a large store with a pretty good selection of dresses. I liked that they let you browse and pick out the dresses you wanted to try on, but it would have been nice if they offered a few more suggestions. The owner is great and found an extra piece of fabric from a bridesmaids dress that I liked so that I could take it home with me. I didnt end up buying a dress here, but would have felt comfortable doing so because they have been in business a long time and have a good reputation.

This bridal salon is way too small. The dresses are crammed together so tightly that it is frustrating to even attempt to look through them. The sales staff that I encountered was quite rude and basically said they were too busy to help me find what I was looking for, even though the store was empty. I would definitely recommend going to a better store a couple doors down where there is more space and friendlier staff.

We have gone to this dealership for a number of regularly scheduled maintenance visits and have been very pleased. We have never had a problem making an appointment, even on relatively short notice. They do not have as good of hours as the other Volkswagen service center in town, but we have found that they are very customer service oriented and explain work that needs to be done in detail.

I went here to buy a gift for a relatives new baby, and couldnt believe how adorable this store was. They have a great selection and the store is set up so well that you want to buy everything even if you dont have a baby. That would be very expensive, however, since a pair of infant socks alone can run $14 here. The sales staff was very helpful in picking out a gift and packaged it with a perfect pink bow.

We will never return to this store for computer purchases or repairs. We took our computer in for repair and they said they would diagnose the problem in 3-5 days and call us. It was almost three weeks before we had an answer as to what was wrong with the computer, and never once did they call us. We always had to call asking for information, left multiple unreturned messages, and rarely got to talk to anyone who knew anything. After being without a computer for three weeks and them estimating it would be another two weeks to order a new part and fix the problem, we decided to just buy another computer elsewhere. When we went to pick our computer up, it took them 20 minutes just to find the computer. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the absolutely horrible customer service and incompetence we encountered.
