At work we order from here regularly and I have yet to be disappointed by anything on the menu. The pizza is great, I love the lasagna, and my coworker loves the calzones. The delivery is not so speedy, they usually say 45 min and you get your food in an hour, but its great food and the prices are decent so order before you get hungry -- and if you have the coupon off the flyer you get a free pizza on your birthday!

I needed a place to hold a breakfast meeting for work and my husband recomended Chez nous, so not having been there myself I had everyone meet there. I was not dissapointed, the service is excellent, the pasteries amazing, and the omlettes devine. it can get a little spendy, but the food is well worth it and the environment is perfect for meetings and get togethers.

Studio City Golf COurse has been a valley secret for years. Its not a full course -- just a 9 hole pitch & putt (or a whack and putt as I call it), it is very plesant and quite affordable (about $9!!). It is not crowded and where else can you play golf for under $10? I really hope that fans can keep it from being turned into condos as it is a very nice place. They also have tennis courts, clinics, a putting green, and a small diner (nothing fancy).

Mark Taper Forum is part of the music center in down town los angeles. It is inbewteen the Ahmanson and the Dorothy Chandler. Parking is $8 and there is a grill and cafe outside, and several sit down restraunts in the dorothy chandler. However, food is quite expensive because it is all run by Patina catering (tho the food is quite good). It is not your usualy theatre and is quite small and intimate, especially compared to its sister venues on the property. The theatre offered there is just as unique. you won't find the popular , large musicials that play at the Ahmanson. Rather you'll find cutting edge and unique plays that offer a thought provoking and often funny evening out.

The Ahmanson Theatre is part of the music center in downtown los angeles. ALot of large musicals and productions perform there and it is quite a nice venue. Parking is $8. Whereas there are not places to eat in the Ahmanson, there is a grill and a small cafe outside, and severl sit down restraunts in the Dorothy Chandler on the other side of the plaza. While you are there make sure to walk over and ooh and ahhh at Disney Hall.

The LA Master Chorale is often overshadowed at the Music Center by its sisters the LA Opera and the LA Philharmonic. The Master Chorale is a very tallented organization, but in the end, it is a choir and there is just not the demad for choral music as there is for symphonies or opera. That said, The Master Chorale does offer a splendid experiance if you like choral music, which not everyone does. The perform in the dorothy chandler and their voices just melt together in a delectable medling of pure vocal genius. Their Handel Messiah sing along the do at Christmas (in the cathedral I believe) is something to hear and alot of fun.

The Dorothy Chandler is part of the Music Center -- the arts mecca of downtown Los ANgeles. Its also the home of the LA Opera and the LA Master Chorale. I have attened many concerts there and it is a very nice facility. There is lots of parking, tho it is $8. Patina runs their catering, so whereas there are several places to eat and the food is superb, it will cost you a small fortune.
