Slow Transaction

Customer service is horrible. Very Unexperience and could not keep up-to-date on any promotion. They had to call-in for assistance to get as many help as they can. Also, it's very deserted, which means many customers wouldn't shop there. Transaction is very slow, and many times, they decline many promotions on any items you want. But I wouldn't blame them because JCPenny's is infested with old people here.
