The hospital campus has changed so much over the years, with departments moving here and there, so it's hard to keep track. Not to mention navigate through the construction. But the staff is friendly and willing to help. Parking can be trickly, but the free valet at all entrances is helpful.

I did encounter rude employees, but I think you have that anywhere. I felt well cared for here. Parking is some what tedious, and the free valet is a laugh, considering you have to claim your car by 4:30, so it's probably only useful to outpatients. The food was pretty good, I even got a call one day because I hadn't ordered lunch, and they wanted to make sure I got something to eat. The facility is warm and cozy. If you have to be in the hospital, this might not be a bad way to go.

The location is easily accessible for suburbinites who take the train in, too. Well, if you don't mind a good walk!

US Cellular Field (gag, Comiskey Park) is a nice, comfortable stadium in which to watch a baseball game. There's plenty of leg room and spacious walkways to get in and out of the stadium. There are plenty of things to entertain the little ones during the game, including clinics, batting cages, etc. Parking is affordable and easy to access. Tickets are reasonably priced.

So this is definitely a once a season thing for the whole family, and only once a season because otherwise we'd have to skip a mortgage payment. But if you love baseball, and love the Cubs, you know that every time you go, it's magic. The crowds are huge, and parking requires second mortgaging your house, but public transportation is a good way to go, even if it does require wading through hefty crowds and walking quite a few blocks. But it's well worth the "hassles"!

Like, when I was in college, I couldn't get a library card because I wasn't a city resident. But this is where I met my husband, so that makes up for it :) Overall, I love the programs they offer, especially for children. The downtown library has a great children's section, nice collection of dvds, cds, magazines, etc. Check it out!

I enjoyed the way they interacted with my son, but afterward when we were waiting on our prints, the staff members were in back chatting with their friends and did not check back on us up front. We had to wait quite a while for service. However, the coupons they offer provide for great values and the pictures are quite cute!
