Great values, staff could use customer service training

I enjoyed the way they interacted with my son, but afterward when we were waiting on our prints, the staff members were in back chatting with their friends and did not check back on us up front. We had to wait quite a while for service. However, the coupons they offer provide for great values and the pictures are quite cute!
