Whenever I go to the Carlsbad Outlets I like to eat at Ruby's Diner. The food is really good and tasty. For breakfast the cinnamon roll french toast is great. If I am eating lunch here I like to get the Fried Zucchini and a Sandwich. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This is a great place for kids, they love to watch the train overhead go by and sometimes on the weekend they have someone walking around making balloon animals, which is lots of fun.

The prices here are just way too high. They have cute, unique items but unless you have a fortune to spend on children's clothes that they will outgrow very quickly, I wouldn't shop here. I would come here to window shop and get ideas and then look for the items cheaper elsewhere.

I have been this to hospital many times and I have always been happy with the way I have been treated. My sons were born here and the nurses that took care of us were terrific.
I also was seen weekly at the Perinatalogy dept. during my pregnancy and was very impressed, with the dr's and the care I was given.
I have also had to use the ER a few times and the staff was just wonderful even under difficult circumstances.

I took my twins for their first haircut hair thinking this place deals with plenty of kids and they would know exactly what to do. Both my kids got very upset during the haircut. One of them stayed in the little car they sit in, but stood the whole time, but my other son got so upset he had to sit in his dad's lap, and he was still so upset we couldn't finish the haircut.
The only good thing about coming here was that for the first haircut they give you a certificate that you can save and also an envelope to save the hair.

This is a great place to come for breakfast or lunch. I eat lunch here pretty often and they have really good soup in a bread bowl, which is my favorite because there is not that many places that offer this. The prices are pretty reasonable and the service is also good. The atmosphere is a little noisy which makes a perfect to come with kids, but a little loud if you are looking for a quiet meal.

One of my favorite places for breakfast in Encinitas. They have a pretty interesting breakfast menu and there is never any waiting and the food is excellent. On Sunday mornings every place tends to be very crowded and with young children it is hard to make them wait, but at Champagne you place your order and then you can sit and relax and they will bring it out to you. I almost always get the french toast which they make really yummy. They also have Strawberry Crepes on the menu, along with some traditional breakfast favorites.

This place had the biggest pancakes I have ever seen. I heard about the pancakes but until you see it with your own eyes, you can't believe how big. I went on a crowded Sunday morning, but the wait was not very long and the service and the speed of food delivery was excellent. A great place to go with kids.
