I recently was in the market to purchase a new car and I went to Kearny Mesa Toyota where I had purchased another car a few years earlier with no problems. Well this time it was awful. I was not treated any better being a repeat customer and I was actually treated worse. I had researched the car I wanted and I know the price I wanted to pay, which was fair and which I did end up paying at another dealer. The sales people played all kinds of high pressure games with me and generally made the experience so unpleasant. I would never go back there and give this dealership my business, I don't even service my old car here anymore because the customer service was so bad.
