We had a pair of very expensive champagne flutes engraved here. BIG mistake! They said that their engraving services were guaranteed and, since we needed them done that day, we decided to take a chance. They messed up the engraving on one of the glasses and, even after admitting that it wasn't done well, they refused to do anything. The charge for the engraving was almost as much as the glasses cost and they could have easily bought a new set and re-engraved them. But apparently their guarantee doesn't cover this issue. Not sure what it does cover as they would not give us a copy of the work order which has their guarantee on it. They gave us no other choice but to dispute the charge on our credit card but, because we could not get the required documentation, they won. I can't speak for their other services, but I would not recommend their engraving services for any item. Don't make the same mistake we did .... go somewhere else!
