Triumph has certainly been a popular destination in Princeton for quite some time, and understandably so... the beer is tasty and diverse, the food is creative and delicious, and the atmosphere is classy yet comfortable. They have a wide range of music on weekends that is consistently entertaining and above par. You'll find a mix of local student types mixed in with professionals and out-of-towners.
