Yuzen Japanese Cuisine Restaurant

Yuzen recently opened in the south-end mall. It's great to have a sit-down sushi restaurant in South Mercer Island. We were so happy to see it arrive. The sushi was decent and fresh. The sukiyaki was a little sweet, but good nonetheless. The menu is limited - surprisingly you can sometimes get a more full featured (albeit expensive) bento at Toshi's teriyaki hut across the parking lot. We would have liked to see a good honest nabiyaki udon and saba shioyaki. Let's hope that Yuzen can build a sustainable business here!
