Jealous me

I don't have a Mac, but all my friends do, and I am always jealous that they get to go to Tekserve while I am stuck dealing with so much garbage getting my laptop fixed. I have a friend whose I-book was dropped and the Mac warranty help center told her it was unfixable, and then she brought it to Tekserve and the guy fixed it for her no problem and was able to do it under warranty.
