I had dinner the other night at Voyage, and man was it good. It was super quiet, cozy , and relaxed, which is completely unheard of for a restaurant in the West Village on a Friday night. Plus super cute front bar area seems to be a good spot just to grab drinks, but I don't know why you would want to go here without eating. Just walk on by the Spotted Pig down the street, and walk straight into Voyage.

I think Billy's is way better than Magnolia. And better than the cupcakes is not having to wait on that ridiculous line to get inside--the ambiance is much better. It's decorated super cute and I absolutely love the sprinkles inside the Mason jars set in the window sill.

Even though you have a lot of choices of yummy treats inside Chelsea Market, you will not be disappointed if you decide to get one at Sarabeth's. And if I may make a recommendation, I suggest the chocolate pudding sold ever so cutely inside a little tiny Mason jar.

I'm just not sure yet where I come out on butcher cut meat and the price tag that comes along with it. I guess it's just to risky to overcook or destroy the meat, so I feel safer buying decent cuts of meat down the street at Western Beef.

It's so great to have a place to buy all farm fresh dairy products. The ice cream is insane and the yogurt is superb. Sometimes, if you're lucky, they will have their fresh mozzarella in. But the best thing is to buy the farm fresh milk that comes in the cool glass milk bottles that you get with a deposit that is returned to you when you return the bottle to them.

While I'm not the biggest fan of the prepared food and takeout here, not that it's bad, but I prefer to come here for the thai food marketplace. They have all your thai grocery needs including, noodles, chilis, curries, coconut milk, etc. Don't buy this type of stuff at the grocery store where they charge an arm and a leg for "exotic" or "gourmet" products, just come here instead.

Like so may of this French style bakeries this stuff is better to look at than to eat. It is super cute here, but everything i have ever tried was totally disappointing, EXCEPT the eclairs are really good. The coffee is really good, though, and the croissants aren't bad, they're just not as good as you hope them to be.

This place is an utter disappointment. The baked goods are absolutely nothing to speak of. Sure, everything looked really, really pretty, but that only counts for so much. Everything just tasted like it was all pure sugar and that overpowered any of what should be the subtlety of fresh baked pastries and cakes.

To me this is by far the best place to buy seafood. I love going here and just checking out what they have in that day and then deciding what to buy. Also, in the winter I love going there to eat...
To me this is by far the best place to buy seafood. I love going here and just checking out what they have in that day and then deciding what to buy. Also, in the winter I love going there to eat one of there seafood stews or soups that are absolutely delisiously and way cheaper and better than one of the soups from Hale and Hearty.
