Horrible Customer Service at Cast-on Cottage

I'm an avid knitter, and I I've been to Cast-on Cottage more than 100 times over the past 9 years. When I walk in the door I'm "greeted" with a blank stare - like they've never seen me before. The atmosphere is cold, and if you need a little help with a project, forget it! If you have a simple question, they might answer it - if you have an armful of yarn in hand to purchase. I'm now a regular at Only Ewe and Cotton Too in Alpharetta (downtown Crabapple).
