Great location, Average Bagels

We go to this store because it is convenient to our house. The bagels are very chewy. I don't know if it is because they are boiled or what. They aren't nearly as good as other stores.
the cheese bagels are pretty bad too. I do like the Starbucks next door.
They have nice outdoor seating. However, when someone is smoking it ruins the experience.
