We have been to dine outs with our community at Chili's Grill and Bar. One time there were at least 40 of us. This time the service was really slow and it took almost an hour to get our food.
Another time we went to a friend's birthday party and the service was much better. They put extra servers on, as they guessed we would be drinking more, and the checks would be higher.
My husband and I have eaten here on our own and always had a good experience. However, we do tend to go mid afternoon when the restaurant is quiet.
The portions are large so go hungry.
This restaurant is situated in a corner of a really large parking lot. Normally there is plenty of parking in the immediate area.

We have eaten here a couple of times. The building really stands out when you are driving north on U.S.19. It is located right on the water and stands alone. They have a great sign that just draws you in.
A friend of ours took us last time. We were seated at a really nice table which didn't quite overlook the water.
Our meals were very good. My friend and my husband had fish while I had shrimp.
The service was slow but fine, and the restaurant was extremely clean.
A very nice place for a romantic meal.

My husband and I use this Burger King when we want quick fast food. It is located on the corner of U.S.19 and Main Street, and only a few minutes from us.
Sometimes we have a Whopper and share French fries. We get the senior soda and coffee for just 59 cents.
Other times I will have a side salad just to keep me going.
This Burger King doesn't change it's employees as often as other fast food places. They are normally polite and are cheerful.
I recommend this location.

I have been using CVS at the corner of Ridge and Regency since it first opened. By showing my CVS card I get money, in the form of cash on my receipt, to spend there every quarter.
I wait for their Sunday pullout from the newspaper. Today I got a gallon of milk for $2.69. I will buy more at that price during the week. Edy's ice cream was just $2.99. If they are out of stock on their specials they give you a rain check on it.
I only buy the special offers so they probably lose money on me.

I really enjoy shopping at Ross. We used to have the old Wal-Mart in this huge plaza but now have 2 new stores in it's place, so there is plenty of parking.
I like to buy designer names at a quarter of the price. I buy for my granddaughters over in England. I also buy underwear for myself. They have a good variety.
Today my husband and I called into Ross and he got 2 really nice pairs of shorts. If we had purchased
'Dockers' from a department store they would have been a lot more than $12.99 each.
I highly recommend this store. One thing to remember, there always seems to be a long wait at the check out. There was only one cashier today and it's Sunday.

Hollywood Eighteen Theaters are just that. 18 movies being shown at the same time. With an extremely popular movie it might be showing in more than one room.
There is the usual stop for popcorn, drinks, etc. before entering one of the rooms. The chairs are very comfortable and there is plenty of space between the rows.
I tend to sit near the middle as I have progressive lenses in my glasses. This gives me a clearer picture of the movie.
The theater is spotlessly clean and so are the restrooms.
This is a great place to go. We tend to see an afternoon movie. It is less crowded and the tickets are cheaper at that time.

I find out of all the local 'all you can eat buffets' this is the least exciting. Don't get me wrong they have lots of food to chose from but it is not as good as other ones.
The salad bar lacks many of my favorite items. The entrées aren't as appetizing. There is less fresh fruit to chose from.
The only really good part is the desserts. They have cheesecake, key lime pie, and so many wonderful ones to check out. Because of the desserts I put it up to a 3*.
This restaurant is located on U.S.19 right in from of a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking.

We have been to Bob Evans restaurant located in front of Gulf View Mall, Port Richey on several occasions. The food is always consistent whether you go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
We particularly like their pot pie. Just watch out when you take the first bite it can be extremely hot.
Service can be hit or miss.

It isn't just this location as portion control is a big part of Arby's restaurants.
This one is located on the corner of Jasmine and U.S.19 and is an out parcel of a huge parking lot.

We go to the local Long John Silvers/A & W every couple of weeks. This one is located right in an out parcel of the parking lot of the Super Wal-Mart, on the corner of U.S.19 and Ridge Road.
Each month there are coupons in the newspaper. We get the senior special which is one piece of fish/chicken, hush puppies, fries, and a drink for $1.99 and an extra piece of fish for 79 cents. Sometimes I will get the 2 pieces of fish, hush puppies, coleslaw, and fries for $2.99 (fish and more). These are great savings.
The food is normally good. The service is really fast and that is great when you are in a hurry.
