I did not go into this shop but called them on the telephone and the worker was rude and not very helpful. My question concerned whether my car would require any special ordered parts because it is a limited edition model. The worker seemed put off and advised me that he did not know and was trying to get off the phone as soon as he got on it. My rule is that if the phone service is bad why should I waste my time and money on the service. I went against my reccomendation and wnet to their place and was suprised how helpful they were in person. Unfortuantely I could not afford their prices.
