Best Chinese Restaurant in town

This restaurant is the fanciest chinese restaurant in downtown state college. The food is delicious and comes out nicely displayed. The price is usually between 10-25 dollars per dish. The portions for the price I think could be bigger. I think it has the best beef ho fun I have ever tasted. You can usually get a table without wait or reservations beforehand which is very handy.
