I was in search of something Specific and had been to 2 bookstores already. So I decided To make some calls. I called Bookstar and a very friendly person answered the phone and went out of his way to find exactly what i wanted. I never felt like he was rushing to get me off of the phone. He was very pleasant, so was the other person he questioned that was working with him. They took the time to give me all the attention I wanted then Held my book for me till i could go and pick it up!
