Homegoods is a hit or miss store in my experience. I am always pleasantly surprised when I find something in there at a good price. I leave the store empty handed as often as I do find a good bargain. This store has a pretty good selection and is pretty large. There is a ton of parking. Customer service was great. Aisles were clean. They have a lot of furniture and purses and clothes. I have looked for kitchenware here and did not find anything but I did find a briefcase/portfolio.

Mixed reviews.......Normally, I love this place because on Fridays, they have an unlimited buffet of fajitas. Great, right? Well, they did have their fresh tortillas on the table. they were store bought. Blech... so we order fajitas not from the buffet and they had the homemade fresh tortillas, which are MUCH better!!
service was really slow on friday at 1:30pm. there was no line. parking is pretty limited. you have to hunt around for a space. I was disappointed in my latest trip.

This is a huge Target out in Woburn. I love it! They have a great selection and the dollar section is pretty huge, too. Other Targets do not have such a huge selection in their dollar aisle. They have a lot of frozen foods and a pharmacy. I check the clearance aisles quite a bit. the parking lot is huge. overall, it is a great store. oh....and there is a taco bell in there, too. the bathrooms are clean as well.

I love the Crane note cards. Crane produces amazing stationery that feels awesome! I think they make the best paper products. It can be a little pricey, well it can actually get VERY expensive. However you can get plain cards for not too bad. I love the single flat cards (not foldovers) and you can get 20 cards and envelopes for less than $20. It's pricey but the quality is awesome and I use to thank colleagues in my field, so it's a good investment. The notecards very thick.

This is a great cheap restuarant. The burritos are pretty good for this area. Not the best I've had but for the price it's really good. The service is quick. I find the way they price things to be a bit shady. My bill never comes out the right way. I don't think I'm being overcharged but the reciept rarely makes sense. They charge extra for cheese. You have to be really careful or that burrito costs much more than $3.05. It's a strange place but it's convenient and decent tasting.

Papyrus Paper Store is a great store for good paper. I've learned the importance of writing thank you notes and I picked up some Crane and Company notecards there. It is definitely more expensive than what you could get at Target but it is certainly nicer. I really like Crane's paper. Papyrus Paper Store also has their own brand of paper but it didn't have the type of flat card I was looking for.

Cambridge Marriott is a great place to stay if someone else is paying! This is an expensive hotel that is very nicely located next to MIT and the Kendall T stop. It is very convenient to the city and the campus. The room is nice. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is nice. Our stay was paid for. The bed was really comfortable and the room service was good. The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. I really liked the Cambridge Marriott but it was not the Ritz-Carlton!

Quantumbooks is a really interesting bookstore. It reminds me of Kramer's bookstore in Washington, DC. They have really interesting books that you do not normally found out on display. These are the intellectual/academic books and probably very left wing books. But I still think they are pretty cool. Quantumbooks is a small bookstore but the selection is very diverse. It is located next to MIT.

It is the store that sells groceries and other stuff that makes me so mad. I can never find a good deal at Brook's Pharmacy but I always can at CVS and Walgreens. I wish they would replace Brook's Pharmacy with CVS or something else - like a WalMart!!

Christmas Tree Shops is not a place where I shop very often. The prices are pretty cheap but the quality is not that great. And sometimes I can find cheaper things elsewhere. I prefer the Dollar Tree to the Christmas Tree Shops. Or going to WalMart! Yes, I think WalMart is better than Christmas Tree Shops. I do love a bargain but I don't think I will be finding them at the Christmas Tree Shops. Find out for yourself!!
