It's a deli

That's just it, it's a deli. It's a deli on the corner, it's perfectly usual for a deli and there have been no problems that I am aware of. The guy behind the counter is kind of a regular guy who's not too nice but not too unpleasant. You can walk in there with some money, and walk out with a tuna sandwich, and hey, no harm done.
