Went here for the first time last week, and I regret that I never tried it sooner. The food (I had the chicken parmesan sandwich) was delicious, and the staff was extremely nice. One gentleman even came over to see how our food was and to give us coupons for a future visit. When we left, everyone waved goodbye. It seems silly, but it's the little touches that make that kind of great service that you just don't get at a franchise.
