Houligans is a little restaurant that is easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. On a Friday night our usual wait time is only 20-30 minutes, but of course that varies. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Although you order seperate main courses, all of the side dishes are served family style, which is nice. The chicken fried steak is worth any wait to get in, haven't had a better one yet.
