Santa Clara University, a private Jesuit school and also one of the oldest schools founded in California, is an extremely good university. The communities are very close to one another (RLCs Real Life Communities) and people are able to socialize pretty well at school. The education taught there is top notch although pricey (hey its a private school, what do you expect) and concerts held there are wicked awesome, Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab for Cutie, loads of DJs here and there. The campus is well decorated and belive it or not, it is a very clean community.

Pho Y is no doubt the best Pho house in the Evergreen area, but i think it is the best in san jose. The broth is extremely well done and refined. Not too much fat nor not less, the flavor of it is just about right. The service is extremely good as well, they are very fast on their legs serving people's orders within just a couple minutes. Usually at lunch, this place is always packed but the wait time isn't as long as you think. Try Pho Tai Chin if you are a beef lover or Pho Ga for chicken, or heck! make your own!

Long ago during the early days in the 70s, Eastridge was known as one of the reknown malls in the past. And recently for a lengthy time it was overshadowed by the rise of great shopping centers like the Westfields (Valley Fair & Oakridge), Great Mall, Santana row and such. Recenty it has undergone a renovation, a completely new interior thats gorgeously stunning, book stores, new shops all over, movie theaters and you can bet fine dining. Check it out as many parts of the mall are open again during the renovation, Eastridge will definitely be a key factor to restoring or enhancing the community in the Evergreen area and those around Tully, Story and such. Check it out during renovation!
